About the Job
To strengthen our presence in Lithuania, we are looking for a motivated Application Advisor to cultivate and reinforce SIGA’s position in the Lithuanian construction market, with a particular focus on the Klaipėda, Kaunas and Vilnius area. In this role, you combine market understanding, technical competence and strong relationship management to sustainably grow our customer portfolio.
You independently analyse market and customer potential, define clear targets and derive effective measures to increase market share and revenue. A key part of your work is building, maintaining and continuously expanding a strong network with customers, planners, architects, developers and installers. You identify new business opportunities, prepare offers, conduct price negotiations and accompany projects from early planning phases through to execution.
You present SIGA products and system solutions, conduct trainings, workshops and product presentations, and support customers directly on construction sites. Consulting customers on a technical level and supporting them in selecting the right solutions for their projects is an essential part of your daily work. At the same time, you proactively share relevant market information, major projects and changing requirements with internal interfaces. You work closely with colleagues across departments, coordinate market cultivation activities such as trade fairs and events, and handle administrative tasks in line with SIGA standards.
What we offer
- Highly motivated SIGA team that makes an effective contribution against global climate change and for the protection of our environment.
- Several weeks of paid training at our headquarters in Switzerland with overnight stay in the company's own SIGA Guesthouse as well as extensive hands-on coaching in your sales region.
- Opportunities for personal development, in a dynamic, internationally expanding family business.
- Get actively involved in the process design and structure of SIGA.
