Qualifications and Competences

  • Higher education (e.g. Bachelor’s degree) in engineering or sales & management
  • 5 years of construction-related sales experience
  • Proficient in the Latvian language (native, C2) and excellent English skills (C1)
  • Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office, experienced in working with CRM systems and Power BI is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the area (some overnight stays included)
  • Effective and transparent communication, combined with the ability to work independently and take ownership of defined tasks and objectives
  • Project-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and consult on the customer specifications

About the Job

As an Application Advisor you will engage with construction companies, prefabricated house manufacturers, architects and designers, while also bringing in new business through your industry network. You will be responsible for the whole of Latvia.
 
Your main responsibility is to identify new projects and establish connections with key stakeholders to secure business. Leveraging your industry knowledge and networking flair, you sell high-standard SIGA products and services. Through workshops, presentations and specification advisory, you will provide immediate technical advice and hands-on product training to our valuable customers. With determination and enthusiasm, you will manage the Latvian sales market and invest in long-term relationships to achieve a sustainable increase in market share and revenue.
