In this position, you will build influential relationships and help shape the future of high‑performance buildings. You will partner with architects, developers, contractors, and builders across mass timber, multi-family, commercial, and single family projects. 

This role is well suited for candidates who thrives in a hands-on, customer-facing environment and is passionate about combining technical expertise with strategic sales execution.

The successful candidate must reside in the Downtown Montreal, ideally West Island-Ville-Marie, Griffintown, NDG, Westmount, Cote-des-Neiges, Verdun, Lachine, Dorval, Pointe-Claire, Kirkland, Beaconsfield

Qualifications and Competences

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, sustainable design, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales or construction-related roles
  • Strong technical background in high-performance buildings or mid-rise/mass timber projects
  • Proven ability in sales and customer acquisition
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%; valid driver's license and passport required
  • Mandatory bilingual proficiency: French and English
  • Must reside in Downtown Montreal (Ideally West Island Ville-Marie, Griffintown, NDG, Westmount, Cote-des-Neiges, Verdun, Lachine, Dorval, Pointe-Claire, Kirkland, Beaconsfield)

About the Job

With strong determination and drive, you will lead sales growth and market development across Montreal and major cities throughout Quebec. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the territory through strategic market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and executing plans that drive revenue and increase market penetration. You will provide high-level technical consulting and hands-on product training to customers, with a focus on building physics and SIGA solutions, ensuring proper application and long-term performance in the field. A key part of your success will come from acquiring new customers and building strong, lasting relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and builders across a range of sectors including mass timber, multi-family, commercial, and single-family construction.

You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through quoting, order placement, installation support, and after-sales service, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience. By offering consultative technical advice and supporting projects from design through completion, you will play a critical role in driving both project acquisition and customer retention. In addition, you will organize and participate in customer events, trade shows, and training academies to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities.
