With the support of personal mentoring and coaching, you will take on responsibility from day one, developing your expertise and leadership skills.

Trainee Programme

The SIGA trainee programme is designed to prepare you for future key roles within the UK organisation. It combines about 18 months of practical experience in the UK and Switzerland with an in-depth understanding of our business, culture, and ways of working.

Start your exciting journey: During an intensive 2-month onboarding phase at our headquarters in Switzerland and in the UK market, you will receive training on our SIGA product range, as well as our market and sales approach. Over the following 8–10 months, you will take ownership of your own sales area in the Northern Powerhouse region, identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships and supporting construction professionals with tailored solutions.

Broaden your perspective: For 3–6 months at our Swiss headquarters, you will work across various departments and collaborate with colleagues from throughout the organisation. This phase will deepen your understanding of how SIGA operates as a whole, expand your internal network and give you the opportunity to contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

Invest in your long-term growth: At SIGA, we believe in developing talent from within. Depending on your strengths and interests, you will have the opportunity to grow into a project leadership or management role and make a lasting contribution to our shared vision.

Because your trainee journey is only the beginning…
